The call is open for makers to participate in this year's Adelaide Maker Faire which will be held on 6 November at Tonsley, South Australia. Did you notice it has had its title changed to the upmarket "Maker Faire Adelaide 2016".  It is no longer a 'Mini' Maker Faire since the 2015 one was such a success!

Run by volunteers, Maker Faire Adelaide invites makers of all kinds from tech enthusiasts to crafters to scientists to garage tinkerers, of all ages and backgrounds to be part of Maker Faire Adelaide.
You can be a Maker/Exhibitor, a speaker, run a ‘hands on’ workshop, run a demonstration or be a performer.

As mentioned in my blog entry about the 2015 Mini Maker Faire, I am toying with the idea of demonstrating tricot (Tunisian crochet) because it was a talking point last year.
